Project Park! - POLITE REQUEST

Project Park!

As I am sure you are aware, the contractor has commenced work on the new Play Area in the Memorial Park and will need to access the park, via the Washpit to make delivery of large items of equipment. I am writing to ask if you will kindly refrain from parking along the Washpit from Monday, 2 December between the hours of 8.00 am – 4.30 pm; this will be for a maximum of four weeks.

I wish to apologise, in advance, for any inconvenience this may cause you but this is the safest and most convenient entrance for delivery of goods and I am sure you will understand.
