Project Park! Update - 29th November 2024

The new play equipment for younger children has now been installed and we are now waiting for the play surfaces to be laid. Our construction team has now moved on to the main play area by the brook.

Work has already begun on removing the old play equipment and clearing the space. Of course this means that for the time being we have no play equipment on the main park. Unfortunately this is unavoidable but in the long term will bring many benefits. This area will be re-fitted and landscaped for the older children, giving all of our young people more choice and more fun apparatus to explore and enjoy. Please remember that this area is a building site and please warn your children of the dangers of trying to get in during the rebuilding process.
